Building Renovations – Our company undertake all the treatment for renovating a building matching the work necessary to the customer.

Enlargment of Apartments –Our company will implement for you, enlargement of an existing apartment, if for building a shelter room with the approval of the home guard or as an extra room for the apartment and/or area of an existing room. Our involvement for this is from the first stage of planning, requesting permission to build and continuing with the implementation of the project until the approval from the planning authority for verification of the building approval.
Registration Amendment of Apartment Building – For projects such as building balconies and enlarging existing apartments, our company will see to the registration amendment of the shared property for the land registry office (tabo) as well as the extra area for each apartment for each apartment owner.
